The University of the Third Age - Welwyn Hatfield

Tai-Chi Study Group

Leader: Don Busolini, 01707 258686

Meetings are held at the Ludwick Centre, Hall Grove, WGC, AL74PH

Tai Chi is a Chinese form of exercise aimed at older people and is recommended by many doctors for overall good health. It is a 5 minute sequence of flowing, graceful movements that is a delight to watch. You may have seen a bit of it on BBC TV. Participants find that it loosens the body, frees the mind and relaxes. We also have a chat and make friends.

Why not come along to the small hall in the Ludwick Family Centre, Hall Grove, WGC at 2pm on a Thursday and see it. It is fascinating to watch and you can have a chat about it and have a go if you want.

The Tai Chi Group term dates for Autumn Term 2017 are:-

2pm-3:30pm on every Thursday starting 14th September and ending on 14th December 2017.
