The University of the Third Age - Welwyn Hatfield

Tai-Chi Study Group

Leader: Don Busolini, 01707 258686

Tai Chi is a Chinese form of exercise aimed at older people and is recommended by many doctors for overall good health. It is a 5 minute sequence of flowing, graceful movements that is a delight to watch. You may have seen a bit of it on BBC TV. Participants find that it loosens the body, frees the mind and relaxes. We also have a chat and make friends.

There are two classes each week:
Mondays 2-3pm at the Panshanger Community Centre, 24 Hardings, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2EJ
Thursdays 2-3pm at the Ludwick Family Centre, Hall Grove, Welwyn Garden City AL7 4PH (where the Wednesday talks are held)

You can join one or other of them.

The Tai Chi Group term dates for Spring Term 2020 are:-

Thursday 9th January to Thursday 2nd April.
