The University of the Third Age - Welwyn Hatfield

World Affairs Study Group

Meetings are held on Monday afternoons between 2 and 4 pm at the Residents' Community Room, Springfield House, Marsden Green, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6UZ.

This Group is a lively discussion group where members are encouraged to express opinions and ideas, ask questions and give their experiences of world affairs. We enjoy hearing of travel to countries worldwide, we discuss individual countries politics, questions that involve the world, associations and institutions that influence our lives etc. We use newspapers, internet and books to construct short talks.
