We are a friendly group of people that enjoy getting together to paint or draw. We have no instructors or artistic ideologies - we just make kind and constructive comments on each other’s artwork. We are entirely self-motivating!
There are several techniques that members like to use: drawing, acrylic and oil painting, abstract and naturalistic representation. The standards vary but we encourage each other.
During term time, we meet weekly on Mondays at 2pm at the Birchwood Leisure Centre in Hatfield; in between terms we meet occasionally to paint outdoors.
We are looking for additional members as some are moving out of the area and we have extra capacity.
